Narra Park Residences is the first community of Nurtura, the housing brand Alsons Dev created in 2016 for the mid-cost market. It brings the planning and construction approach of Ladislawa Garden Village, Las Terrazas and Northcrest to a more reachable price. The community is gated, enclosed by perimeter walls, and built in two phases at Km 9, Tigatto.
The parks are the main feature. Phase 1 alone has two parks of 1.4 hectares each, and the community center adds adult and kiddie pools, an al fresco cabaña and a playground. Homes follow a Modern Asian design and are single-attached, with an enclosed service area and a provision for a carport. The Buhangin malls, schools and hospitals are a short drive away, and the airport is about 8 km out.
It suits young families buying a first house, and upgraders who want a yard and a park instead of a condo. It also suits OFWs who want a ready home in Davao from a developer with a long local record. Buyers who prefer to build their own design can ask about the open lots.

Narra Park Residences was launched in April 2016 with Phase 1, and Phase 2 followed beside it. Both phases share the gates, parks and community amenities, and both now offer ready-for-occupancy homes and open lots.

From Km 9 Tigatto you drive about 3.5 km to NCCC Mall Buhangin or Gaisano Grand Citygate for groceries and errands. The Buhangin-Diversion crossing is about 3.7 km away and connects you to the rest of the city. Abreeza Mall is under 6 km, and Southern Philippines Medical Center and Metro Davao Medical and Research Center are both within about 6 km. The airport is about 8 km away, which helps when family flies in. Brokers also note a public elementary school about a minute from the gate.

Your home is turned over with tiled floors, painted concrete walls, complete bathroom fixtures and a kitchen counter, plus an enclosed service area and space for a carport. The community around it has wide roads, underground drainage, perimeter walls and a guarded entrance.
Walls are 100 mm cast-in-place concrete, and the living area, bedrooms and bathrooms come with ceramic floor tiles. You move in with furniture, not a flooring project.
The kitchen has a granite-tile countertop with a sink and faucet. Cabinets are not included, so you can have them made to your own layout.
Every model has two toilet and baths with a water closet, wash basin and shower already installed. The two-storey models add a powder room downstairs for guests.
Bungalows have two bedrooms and two-storey homes have three. The loft model adds an upper level you can use as a family room, study or extra sleeping space.
Each lot has a provision for a carport, laid with loose gravel at turnover, and an enclosed service area at the back for laundry.
The Two-Storey model lists a balcony as an optional expansion, and the Two-Storey with Balcony has it built in. Ask about the rules for extensions before you plan one.
The whole community is enclosed in perimeter walls with provisions for a 24-hour guarded entrance, so the kids can walk to the park inside the gates.
The entrance road is 18 m wide and the main road 15 m, with underground drainage, a retarding pond and a sewage treatment facility. Water is from DCWD and power from Davao Light.
